6. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP.
Payment for digital products, subscriptions, and paid calls is required at the time of purchase and is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store card details.
Paid calls booked via our CRM system are processed through Stripe at the time of booking.
For one-to-one services, Virtual Assistant services, strategist work, or other bespoke support, invoices are issued with immediate payment terms unless otherwise agreed in writing. Work may not commence until payment has been received.
Subscription services (including CRM Hub access) require ongoing payments to maintain access. Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
Prices may change at any time. Existing subscriptions or agreed service packages will not be affected during their active billing period.
7. Delivery
Digital products and access details are delivered electronically immediately or within a reasonable time after purchase.
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate email address.
8. Refunds, Cancellations & Consumer Rights
Digital Products & Instant Access Content
Where digital content is supplied immediately, you acknowledge that:
• access begins immediately upon purchase
• you waive your 14-day cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations
Refunds are not provided once access has been granted unless required by law or where the product is faulty or not as described.
Paid Calls, Strategy Sessions & 1:1 Appointments
Payments for consultations, strategy sessions, or paid calls are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, at least 24 hours’ notice must be provided. Rescheduling requests made with less notice may be forfeited.
Virtual Assistant (VA) & Retainer Services
VA retainers require a minimum commitment of 3 months with a minimum allocation of agreed monthly hours.
After the initial term, services continue on a rolling monthly basis.
A minimum of one month’s written notice is required to cancel ongoing services.
Retainer hours must be used within the billing month unless otherwise agreed and do not roll over.
Additional hours beyond the retainer allowance will be billed separately.
Failure to provide the required notice may result in the next billing cycle being charged.
Ad-Hoc Virtual Assistant Work (Non-Retainer)
For one-off or ad-hoc VA services, payment is non-refundable once work has commenced.
If work is paused or cancelled after commencement, time already completed will remain chargeable.
CRM Hub Subscription
CRM Hub access is provided on a rolling monthly subscription basis.
A minimum of 30 days’ notice is required to cancel.
As the platform operates under a master account structure, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed by Kelly Reynolds Socials.
Access will remain active until the end of the billing period.
You are responsible for exporting your contacts and data prior to account closure.
General Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content is protected by copyright and provided for personal use only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without permission.
10. Third-Party Platforms & Tools
Some services may utilise third-party platforms and software.
We are not responsible for outages, feature changes, or policy updates imposed by the provider.
