This membership is operated by Kelly Reynolds Socials (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By purchasing or accessing the membership, you agree to these Membership Terms and Conditions.
2. Membership Access
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the membership area hosted via Systeme.io.
Your membership is intended for individual use only and login details must not be shared with others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if account sharing or misuse is identified.
3. Subscription and Payments
Membership fees are charged on a recurring subscription basis via Stripe unless otherwise stated at checkout.
By subscribing, you authorise recurring payments to be taken automatically using your chosen payment method until cancelled.
Prices may change in future, but existing members will be given reasonable notice before any pricing changes take effect.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership subscription at any time.
Cancellation will stop future payments but will not usually result in a refund for the current billing period already paid for.
After cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which access will be removed.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the instant access provided to digital content, templates, training materials and membership resources, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted.
By purchasing the membership, you expressly consent to immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that this affects your statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

6. Community Conduct
Members are expected to behave respectfully within any community spaces, live sessions or discussions connected to the membership.
We reserve the right to remove access without refund where behaviour is abusive, harmful, discriminatory, threatening, defamatory or disruptive to the community.
7. Intellectual Property
All content within the membership, including training materials, downloads, templates, videos and resources, remains our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
You may use materials for your own business/personal use only and may not reproduce, resell, distribute or share them without written permission.
8. Results Disclaimer
We do not guarantee specific business, financial or personal results from participation in the membership.
Results will vary depending on individual effort, experience and circumstances.
All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
9. Availability
We aim to provide uninterrupted access to the membership but cannot guarantee that the platform or content will always be available.
We may update, modify or remove content at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the membership.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so under UK law.
