1. Digital Product Licence & Use

When you purchase a digital product from Kelly Reynolds Socials, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the product for your own business use.

You may not:

  • share files or login access
  • resell, sublicense, or redistribute materials
  • modify, reproduce, or create derivative works for resale
  • present the materials as your own work

2. Platform Access & Compatibility

Some digital products require integration with third-party platforms and software.
You are responsible for maintaining your own accounts with these platforms and for ensuring compatibility with your systems.
Kelly Reynolds Socials is not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms that may affect functionality.

Data Protection & Messaging Compliance

Some digital products, including automation templates and messaging systems, may require integration with third-party platforms such as ManyChat or social media accounts.

By using these products, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • you are the data controller of any personal data collected from your customers or audience
  • you are responsible for ensuring you have lawful grounds and consent to send messages and process personal data
  • you are responsible for complying with UK GDPR, PECR, and applicable marketing and messaging regulations
  • you are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any platform you use
  • Kelly Reynolds Socials does not control or determine how you collect or use customer data

Where assistance or setup support is provided, Kelly Reynolds Socials acts solely as a data processor and accesses data only as necessary to deliver the service.

Kelly Reynolds Socials is not responsible for misuse of messaging systems, unlawful marketing practices, or failure to obtain appropriate consent.


You are responsible for ensuring recipients have opted in to receive marketing or automated messages where required by law.

3. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of products, refunds are not offered once access has been granted unless required by law or where the product is faulty or not as described.
