The CRM Hub provides access to a white-label CRM platform powered by Systeme.io.
1. Account Structure
Your sub-account is connected to the Kelly Reynolds Socials master account and is provided as part of your active subscription.
Kelly Reynolds Socials retains master account ownership and the administrative access required to operate and maintain the service.
Sub-accounts cannot be migrated, transferred, or converted into independent accounts.
2. Service Scope
The CRM Hub subscription provides access to the platform and its features.
It does not include marketing services, funnel building, contact management, automation setup, or ongoing account management unless explicitly included in a separate service agreement.
Where additional support, setup, or management services are requested, these may be provided for an additional fee or as part of a separate VA or strategic support service.
3. Platform Dependency
The CRM Hub relies on third-party software.
Kelly Reynolds Socials is not responsible for outages, feature changes, or policy updates imposed by the provider.
4. Migration & Platform Changes
If you choose to move to a standalone account or alternative platform:
- funnels, automations, courses, and memberships must be rebuilt
- contacts can be exported/imported
- migration services from other providers are not guaranteed
Kelly Reynolds Socials is not responsible for rebuilding or transferring assets.
5. Business Closure or Platform Policy Changes
If Kelly Reynolds Socials ceases trading, or platform policies change affecting sub-accounts, you are responsible for:
- setting up a new platform account
- recreating funnels, courses, automations, and memberships
- maintaining backups of your content and contacts
Migration assistance may be offered for an additional fee.
6. User Responsibility & Backups
You are responsible for maintaining backups of contacts and essential business data.
You are responsible for exporting and retaining copies of your data and content where necessary.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use the platform for spam, unlawful activity, or harmful content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if platform rules or these terms are violated.
8. Subscription & Access
Access is provided while your subscription remains active.
Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of access.
9. Data Protection & Platform Access
To provide the CRM Hub service, Kelly Reynolds Socials may have administrative access to your account and the data stored within it.
You remain the data controller of any personal data relating to your customers, subscribers, or audience.
Kelly Reynolds Socials acts as a data processor and will only access or process data as necessary to:
- maintain platform functionality
- provide technical support
- assist with setup or troubleshooting
- ensure service operation
We will:
- maintain confidentiality
- implement appropriate security measures
- not use your customer data for our own marketing
- access data only where necessary
You acknowledge that administrative access is required for the operation of the CRM Hub and cannot be removed while your account remains active.
You are responsible for:
- ensuring lawful collection and processing of personal data
- obtaining consent where required
- complying with UK GDPR and marketing regulations
- responding to data subject requests
10. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability and are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party providers, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
11. Platform Use & Results
The CRM Hub provides tools to support marketing and business operations.
Results depend on how the platform is used and no specific business outcomes are guaranteed.
